"Unprofessional and very rude.. They add there own tip to the fare. So if it originally Says 10 dollars, after you request the car the price changes cause a tip is added. Shouldn't have to pay a tip if I don't want to seeing how the quality of there service sucks. Never using this way of transportation again"

"I left my bag in a suv drivers name was (grace) I called her within maybe under 60 seconds saying I left my bag and she said she has a client she will bring it after mind u she just drove out my parking lot so an hour went by still no bag 2 hours later she claims she stuck in snow so 30 more mins went by now I called the company after arguing with them about this situation they said they will send another car to bring my bag since she's stuck but I have to pay that fare please tell me if that makes any sense?🤔"
